Sesame Street Snging Pop Up Pals a good value October 19, 2005 Jeffrey Kochnower (Holtsville, NY USA) 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
This toy is best for a child who is at least one year old, as it's hard for a child younger than that to learn the four different hand movements needed to activate the Sesame Street characters (Ernie, Elmo, Cookie Monster, and Oscar). However, it's a very good manipulative/educational toy, and the sound quality is good, too.
1 yr old and 4 yr old both love it! June 24, 2006 Jessica Guenther (Round Lake, IL) 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
My son received this as a gift for his 1st birthday in May. He constantly lugs it from the shelf, onto my lap and we play with this for 15-20 minutes at a time! It DOES have some educational value, because he knows who is who when I ask him!
I also have a 4 yr old daughter and she will take it off the shelf and play with it on her own too. She likes to sing along with each of the characters.
It has delays when you press the button sometimes, but no big deal. It keeps my 1yr old occupied, makes him laugh, and it's the one toy on the shelf both siblings can play with together successfully!
Highly recommended for any kids 12 mos and up!
Instant favorite for 15 month old January 10, 2006 Edie (San Francisco, CA United States) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
My daughter immediately loved this toy and has gotten more and more dextrous at each of the controls. The easiest is the cookie monster button but she is starting to get the toggle and switch as well. The characters are cute, the music is just the right amount. It is a great toy for a toddler.
Hours of Fun! August 19, 2005 H. D. Martin (Houston, TX) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
My 9 month old daughter loves cause and effect, so this toy was perfect for her! Cookie monster was the only door she could open at first, since he's just a push button. Ernie, Elmo and Oscar take a little more effort, but after two weeks she can open them all. She loves the songs they sing and she claps when they sing to her. The off/on switch is nice, but volume control would have been even better. Overall, a great toy!
Easy fun!!!! July 12, 2006 C. Hornick 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
My 13 month old loves this toy! She can do the buttons herself and cackles everytime the doors pop open. We have had this toy for about two months and it is still going strong.
